Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SEOh! ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at seoh.ca and the SEO H Analysis Tool at analysis.seoh.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Description of Services

SEOh! provides AI-powered GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and SEO analysis services, including:

• Website GEO and SEO audits and scoring
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Keyword and content recommendations
• Technical SEO analysis
• Subscription-based access to the SEO H Analysis Tool
• Consulting and managed SEO services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers for the SEO H Analysis Tool:

• Starter: $59.99 CAD/month — 500 analyses
• Pro: $109.99 CAD/month — 2,000 analyses
• Agency: $399.99 CAD/month — 10,000 analyses

Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice via email.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform beyond normal use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Resell or sublicense access to our services without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and reports — are owned by SEOh! and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, URLs, or content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Reports and Outputs

Audit reports and analysis outputs generated by our platform are licensed to you for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute them without permission.

Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe (payment processing) and QuickBooks (accounting). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results from our analysis tools will guarantee improved search rankings
• All information provided is accurate, complete, or current

SEO and GEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOh! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
